Its Winter Wonderland and I'm in the mood for a Popsicle!

Its currently snowing here in NJ and I know its usually a typical hot coco day but today I wanted to change it up. I wanted to make something fun so its POPSICLE STICK DAY!

Popsicle
1 cup- Raspberries
1 cup- Coconut milk
1/2 cup of Mango ice cream
add water if needed.

Happy 1.11.11!
YUMMY!

  3. I actually crave ice cream and ice pops more in the winter. Maybe it's my knee-jerk reaction to all the hot foods being served.

  6. I've never used coconut milk but it's sounds like it would add lots of flavor to those Popsicles. In answer to your question about my recipe, yes I think you could use chicken sausage successfully. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
